Shipping and Delivery Policy of

Here, to the clients of IM27 Designs OPC Pvt. Ltd., digital project and service delivery shall be timely and efficient. Because digital animation, CGI, and videos dominate our services, this file and project delivery policy articulates how we handle such deliveries.

1. Delivery of Digital Products

1.1 Distribution Channel

  • All completed projects will be delivered through email, cloud storage links such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer) or your file-sharing platform.

  • Our services are digital, thus not through physical delivery.

1.2 Implementation Timeline

  • Delivery timelines will be defined and agreed upon at project initiation.

  • Report delays resulting from changes, delayed feedback from the client, or technical issues.

1.3 File formats

We provide files in any discussion format within the project, for instance, MP4, MOV, JPEG, etc. More formats are available upon request.

2. Approvals and Handovers

2.1 Client Consent

  • We provide you with a preview or draft of the work ahead of final delivery and present it for your review.

  • The final draft will be submitted after acceptance.

2.2 Final Delivery

  • The client should then download and store it safely once all the final files have been received.

  • Files shall be downloadable for 30 days after delivery, if not otherwise agreed.

3. Post-Delivery Revisions

  • Minor changes after the delivery may be accepted at no extra cost, depending on the project agreement.

  • Major changes or deviations from the original scope may be billed for extra.

4. Non-Delivery Policy

4.1 Causes of Non-Performance:

  • Unable to get required approvals or supplies from the customer.

  • Failure to clear payments as agreed upon.
