Cancellation and Refund Policy of

We, of IM27 Designs OPC Pvt. Ltd., promise to provide top-of-the-line services to meet your needs and demands. However, we know that sometimes circumstances may lead you to cancel or request a refund, hence this policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms and conditions.

1. Cancellation policy

1.1 Cancellation by the Client

Pre Project Initiation

  • One may cancel and get a partial or full refund depending on the extent of preparation work done before the commencement of the project.

  • Administrative or consultancy fees will be deductible.

After the project starts:

  • You will be charged to the point when you stop the work if you cancel with the project already running.

  • Any balance remaining from the payment will be refunded in light of the project's progression.

1.2 Upon cancellation by IM27 Designs

We have the right to cancel a project in the following scenarios:

  • Failure to supply information, materials, or approvals on time.

  • Non-payment of agreed fees within the given deadline.

  • Breaches of terms contained in our Terms and Conditions.

Any refund in such cases is at our discretion.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

The following shall be the basis of refunds.

  • A written refund request is made within [10 Business days] after payment.

  • This application fulfills all the requirements set in this policy.

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenario

  • Payments on full levels of a project.

  • Cancellation requests are done after the project has already been delivered.

  • Client-side delay (for instance, delay in approvals, lack of information: Reimbursement.

2.3 Partial Refund

The amount issued with partial work completion is reduced by subtracting the cost of the work performed to get the refund amount.

3. Refund Process

  • To file a claim for a refund, please e-mail im27designs@gmail.com with your specific project details and reason for requesting the refund.

  • The refund after receiving approval will take [10 business days]. It will be credited through the original payment method.
